This ancient practice, known as breathwork, involves conscious control and manipulation of the breath to achieve specific outcomes.  Unlike our involuntary, subconscious breathing, which sustains life without our active involvement, intentional breathwork requires mindfulness and focus.  

Integrating breathwork into your daily routine doesn’t require a significant time commitment. Short, focused sessions can be practiced in the morning, during breaks, or before bedtime. Consistency is key, and as with any wellness practice, it’s essential to listen to your body and progress at a pace that feels comfortable.
